We're looking for a Lead Audio Visual Technician who thrives on variety, innovation, and hands-on project delivery. You'll be the go-to expert on-site-leading installs, managing crews, and working with cutting-edge tech that shapes immersive customer environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead AV installations across the UK-from first fix to final commissioning
Conduct site surveys, assess technical needs, and scope resource requirements
Collaborate with in-house teams and trusted subcontractors, acting as crew leader
Provide audio and lighting programming support and post-install servicing
Brief partners, manage risk, and make smart on-the-ground decisions
Support the onboarding of new engineers and subcontractors
Deliver service visits in line with SLAs and high-profile client expectations

What You Bring:

3+ years' experience installing professional AV systems
Great communicator-comfortable working in a client-facing, field-based role
Strong understanding of AV tech: LCD/LED displays, video over IP, conferencing systems, video matrix, audio control
Solid grasp of networking, IP-based AV, and fault-finding
Familiar with Crestron, Q-SYS, or BiAmp? That's a big plus!

Bonus Skills & Certs:

CSCS/ECS card
IPAF & PASMA
First Aid trained
Full UK driving licence

Schedule & Travel:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Expect UK-wide travel and overnight stays
(All travel and accommodation arranged in advance)
