Sellick Partnership are supporting an organisation with the recruitment of a Support Worker on a temporary ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities of the Support Worker:

Understand individual support needs and contribute to effective support plans.
Confidently complete risk assessments and manage identified risks.
Communicate clearly and build strong, positive relationships.
Maintain accurate records and use digital systems efficiently.
Work independently when required and collaborate well within a team.
Remain flexible and able to adjust to changing demands.
Stay focused under pressure and meet required deadlines.
Show resilience and adapt well to challenges.
Maintain a friendly, positive approach, even in difficult situations.Essential Criteria of the Support Worker:

Enhanced DBS (Essential)
