A director-led quantity surveying consultancy in London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor, ideally progressing towards Senior level, to join their hard-working team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading 2-3 projects with director support, whilst also undertaking a client facing role on a range of high-end, luxury residential projects, as well as top-tier hotel and private healthcare schemes.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall be involved in administering contracts, cost planning, agree variations, monitor cost variance, and negotiate final accounts.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree

* Minimum of 4 years quantity surveying experience

* Working towards becoming MRICS

* Pre contract, cost management experience

* Client facing, confident personality

* Prior experience within a UK cost consultancy / PQS practice
