🕐 Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

We're working with a values-led organisation that delivers vital support and advocacy to older people in custody. This forward-thinking charity is now seeking a Service Manager to oversee a small onsite team and lead the delivery of a ground-breaking peer support programme.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and managing a small team, promoting a positive and empowering service culture.
Overseeing the delivery of a national-standard Buddy Support Worker programme within the prison.
Building partnerships with prison staff, healthcare providers, and external agencies to ensure quality care and advocacy.
Monitoring outcomes, reporting data, and continuously enhancing service provision.
Championing wellbeing, inclusion, and dignity for older individuals in custody.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting older people, or individuals in social care or criminal justice settings.
Confident leader with strong communication, training, and motivational skills.
Experience managing services and working in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
A background in coaching, teaching, or delivering peer-led initiatives is highly desirable.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel locally as needed.
