Salary: £56,160 + 5% Bonus

Shift: 4 on 4 off (Nights, 18:00-06:00)

What You'll Be Doing:

* Diagnosing faults, problem-solving, and carrying out planned and preventative maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.

* Responding to breakdowns and internal customer needs, keeping production running smoothly.

* Ensuring all work is safe, compliant, and audit-ready, meeting food safety standards.

* Completing accurate documentation and recommending improvements to boost efficiency.

* Working on a variety of manufacturing, production, and packaging machinery.

What We're Looking For: Maintenance Engineer

* Apprentice-trained Engineer with a formal electrical engineering qualification.

* Experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing/FMCG setting.

* Electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Engineering.

* A proactive approach and a willingness to develop and learn.
