Salary - £20,000-£22,000 (depending on experience) OTE up to £50,000

Hours - Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am – 5:30pm, Work every other Saturday 09:30am – 1pm

Our client is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team at their Hammersmith office. This well-established estate agency covers a vast area of London and has built a fantastic reputation, supported by exceptional knowledge of the local market.

Duties of Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Conducting viewings and letting properties
• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business
• Registering applicants
• Matching properties to applicants needs
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Listing Properties
• Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants

Person Specification: The successful candidate must possess:

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Previous experience in lettings or sales
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
• Desire to meet and exceed targets
• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
• Full UK driving licence
