The Role

We are seeking a capable and independent Quantity Surveyor to join the team in a standalone role, supporting the successful delivery of NEC contracts (Option A). You will work closely with Project Managers and report directly to the company's leadership on certain schemes.

Key Responsibilities

Management of commercial aspects of NEC Option A contracts

Preparation of cost plans, procurement strategies, and valuations

Contract administration and change management

Liaising with internal project teams and external stakeholders

Working autonomously while supporting the company's growth trajectory
