Scope and Purpose
As Head Pastry Chef, you will lead a creative and dynamic team, who are responsible for the development and production of all pastry items at Claridge’s. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring that recipes are followed perfectly, you will take pride in supporting and developing members of your Brigade, whilst perfecting your own skills to ensure continued innovations in our culinary offerings
We are currently seeking an outstaying, creative individual to join our Kitchen Brigade as Head Pastry Chef. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled individual who is motivated by leading a team of Pastry Chefs and working as part of the wider Kitchen Brigade. We are looking for an applicant who thrives under pressure, is outgoing, flexible, well organised, and has excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of similar environments.
