Marketing Manager - £70,000-£80,000 - UK Remote
Do you want to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for established pharmaceutical brands in the UK market?
We are exclusively recruiting a Marketing Manager for a growing pharmaceutical organisation. This is a key hire within the UK team, with responsibility for shaping and delivering brand plans that support commercial growth. While the role is UK-focused, there may be occasional involvement in international activity.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will:
* Build and deliver marketing strategy and execution plans for key brands across the UK
* Develop marketing tools and campaigns, including digital activity, promotional materials and events
* Deliver engaging training and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders
* Present brand performance, insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team
* Identify and commission market research to better understand market trends, customer needs and brand opportunity
* Work closely with the Commercial Director and wider commercial team to support strategic objectives
* Ensure all materials and activity are accurate, well-presented and aligned to business and compliance expectations
The Person
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Current or recent pharmaceutical marketing experience
* Strong UK marketing experience, ideally within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment
* A good eye for detail, with the ability to produce accurate, polished and high-quality work
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Good commercial awareness and the ability to turn insight into practical marketing plans
* A hands-on, proactive and adaptable approach
Previous ophthalmology experience would be useful, but it is not essential.
The Package
The successful Marketing Manager will receive:
* Base salary: £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
* Bonus potential
* Private healthcare and 5% pension
* 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays
* Fully remote working with occasional office meetings in Berkshire
