What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing and validating employee expense claims in line with company policy
• Posting approved expenses accurately and on time
• Chasing outstanding submissions and supporting colleagues with queries
• Ensuring timely reconciliation and submission of corporate credit card statements
• Collaborating with relevant teams to keep workflows smooth and compliant

• Employees and credit card holders
• Finance colleagues
• HR teams
• External credit card providers
• Tax authorities
• Finance teams across the UK and Europe

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence working with finance systems (experience with expense platforms is a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and chase information diplomatically
• A proactive, team-focused approach
