A well established technology client is seeking a new 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their team. They are looking for an individual who is hungry to learn, has a passion for technology and an analytical mind.
Responsibilities:
- Technical assistance, such as proactive monitoring, problem-solving, and security operations.
- Assistance with customer projects, including remote and on-site assistance for new installs and deployments.
- Finishing up planned updates and maintenance.
- Overseeing and assisting with internal systems.
- Cooperating closely with the first-line support team to address customer concerns when they become more serious.
- Manage third-party suppliers.
Skills/ Experience:
- Previous experience in an IT Infrastructure Support role, ideally within a MSP environment.
- Customer service focused and able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate technical information at all levels.
- Motivated, positive attitude and comfortable working in a team or alone.
- Good work ethic and a flexible approach to working hours due to demanding business environment
