Job Title: Site Supervisor - Residential Roofing Project
Location: Worthing
Contract Length: 4 Weeks

Pay: Competitive Daily Rate (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor on behalf of a well-established roofing contractor for a residential felt overlay project based in Worthing.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. The role requires someone with previous experience supervising roofing or similar construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising the roofing team and subcontractors on a live residential site

*

Ensuring H&S standards are adhered to at all times

*

Coordinating daily activities and schedules

*

Completing daily site reports

*

Communicating progress and issues to project management

*

Using the company's internal IT systems to record and report on site activity

Essential Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on roofing or similar construction projects

*

Good knowledge of flat roofing and felt overlay systems

*

Excellent IT literacy - must be able to complete and submit daily reports and use company systems with confidence

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

CSCS Card (Supervisor level preferred)

*

SMSTS or SSSTS

*

First Aid

Contract Details:

Duration: 4 weeks

Location: Worthing (must be able to commute daily)

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday

*

Rate: Competitive - negotiable depending on experience
