A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment and Training Manager to join an American real estate franchise with headquarters in Austin, Texas. It is the number one franchise in the United States by sales volume, ranking number one in agents and units sold in 2017. They're currently taking on the UK market by storm introducing hundreds of new properties to the market every month.

They're looking for a top performer who has a track record in both recruitment and leadership in the estate agency sector. You will have risen to the top of leadership positions in every area of your business, career, and personal life. You're a dynamic, highly impressive, assertive, passionate, and people-oriented individual who operates with urgency.

What you'll be doing as our Recruitment Manager:

This position is a multifaceted role combining both recruitment and training/mentoring to develop the strongest estate agency team in the UK market.

The vast majority of your time will be using your experience in the recruitment industry sourcing and onboarding the most desirable Estate Agents in the London market. You will only be targeting the top 10-20% of the best performers. They only work with overachievers.

The other 15-20% of your time will be using your experience as an Estate Agent to mentor and train the team and help them develop into the agents they need to represent them.

What you'll need to be successful as their Recruitment Manager:

You will have at least 2-3 years of Estate Agency sales or Estate Agency recruitment experience and will have to understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make the right business decisions. You will have extremely high life goals and are looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals.

You will have to be a natural leader who embraces your success through the development and success of others. Bottom-up leadership is how the company operates and you will have to be comfortable with mentoring your staff well enough that you succeed.

What will you do?

  • Recruit sales associates (interview, select, hire).
  • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business.
  • Lead sales and business meetings.
  • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates.
