Home Manager (Joint Role)

Location: Downham Market, Norfolk

Salary: £65,000 per Annum + Excellent PRP

PSR Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a highly reputable & award-winning care provider to recruit for a unique joint Home Manager position in their modern, purpose built, medium sized nursing home in Downham Market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, collaborative leader to join a service with luxury facilities, a dedicated team, and a strong focus on resident wellbeing.

Role:
Working alongside a fellow Registered Manager, you'll share clear, defined responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, full compliance with CQC requirements, and a thriving, resident-focused environment.

You'll be supported by experienced central and operational teams, giving you the time and resources to focus on high standards of care, occupancy growth, and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Jointly manage all aspects of the home in line with CQC and regulatory standards
Maintain excellent levels of care, safety, and compliance
Oversee budgets and ensure financial targets are met
Develop and implement marketing plans to maintain high occupancy
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local communitySkills and Attributes:

Previous experience managing a nursing / residential home
In-depth knowledge & understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
Commercially minded with experience in driving occupancy and growth
Confident communicator and inspirational leader with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain staffBenefits
