An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Domiciliary Care Manager to take the lead at a growing service in Bolton. With an office established just 6 months ago, this is your chance to put your stamp on the service, shape its direction, and lead it through the next stage of growth.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold care quality standards
Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
Build and manage personalised care packages
Liaise with families, social workers, and external professionals
Drive service growth and expand care hours in the local community
Handle incidents, audits, and ensure excellent documentation
Foster a supportive and values-led team culture✅ What You'll Need:
Previous experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager or Deputy
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and governance
A track record of growing or stabilising home care services
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
