Buildforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading principal contractor for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a major RC frame high-rise residential scheme in Digbeth, Birmingham. This is a long-term opportunity on a flagship project, offering stability and the chance to work with a well-established contractor delivering complex urban developments.

The Role:
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of the RC frame package, working closely with the project team to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing RC frame works on a high-rise residential project

*

Managing and mentoring site engineers and subcontractors

*

Ensuring setting out and QA processes are maintained

*

Reviewing drawings, resolving technical issues, and liaising with design teams

*

Driving health & safety standards across site

*

Supporting programme delivery and reporting progress to senior management

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on RC frame / high-rise projects

*

Strong setting out and technical knowledge

*

Previous experience working with principal contractors

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

CSCS card (essential)
