Require Test Lead with around 7-10 years with, thorough experience in P&C Insurance domain, Indepth Software Testing Life Cycle knowledge, proficient in test design and test execution tasks. Should have good knowledge on Test Strategy and Test Plan creation. Experience in Client communication is a must. Insurance domain experience of 5 yrs is required.
Plan, design and execute test strategies to validate web services, interfaces and system integration across multiple platforms and application frameworks.
Plan, develop and maintain regression test suite through automation and manual testing.
Contribute to and leverage test artifact inventory.
Design, develop and maintain test plan and test cases utilizing project documentation including business requirements and system design to fully test that the solution satisfies the needs of the business.
Analyze, troubleshoot and report on test execution results including non-conformance to spec, regression break, design issues and/or performance issues.
Agile environment, collaborate with developers, project managers and business analysts to ensure that quality issues and risks are identified, logged and resolved
Self-directed, deliver on internal and customer delivery commitments on timely basis and with high quality.
Keeps team, management and project leaders informed of key concerns, issues, resolving potential problems, and escalating appropriately.
Uses knowledge, experience and technical expertise to respond to questions, facilitate problem solving, and generally advise, influence and provide guidance to customers, business partners and peers over whom there is no direct authority.
Creates concise and information-rich test execution and process documentation including testing artifacts, status, and test methodology (process, tools, training) documentation.
Continuously seek to improve knowledge of testing procedures, methodologies and tools.
Adapt and innovate test methodologies to meet needs of changing environment, architecture, product offering and paradigm shifts (e.g. self-service).
Analyze data and quality metrics, recommend and drive quality improvements.
