We're hiring a Senior Procurement Manager to lead contract management and supplier performance for a major, complex UK organisation, based from one of their offices in Yorkshire

This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Head of Procurement, driving real change across governance, supplier performance and procurement best practice.

What you'll do

Lead and embed a contract management framework
Own supplier performance, KPIs and risk management
Drive improvements across P2P and procurement processes
Influence senior stakeholders across finance, engineering and operations
Turn data into insight and measurable value
Lead and develop a small team
What we're looking for

Strong contract & supplier management experience
Proven ability to drive change and influence senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of procurement governance / regulation
Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
