Assist in producing accurate technical drawings and fully coordinated project information
Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation
Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors and the wider project team
Undertake site visits and provide technical input throughout construction stages
Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practiceSkills & Experience

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit experience is highly beneficial
Experience in house builder projects
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities
