My client are one of the UK's leading housebuilding, regeneration and construction groups with revenues of £2.8 Billion. They are currently looking to add a Bid Co-Ordinator to join their team. Through their operating divisions, they make an important contribution to meeting the demand for new homes in the private and affordable homes sectors, regenerating neighbourhoods and working to improve the UK's built environment, delivering positive, lasting change for the communities they work in.

The Bid Co-ordinator that they are looking for will be responsible for current tender documents, co-ordinate the bid submission and PQQ's. You will be also required to work with the development manager and the development director. You will have experience of coordinating tender submissions, creating high quality proposal documents including editing and writing content. You will have full knowledge and understanding of the tender documentation and requirements needed for submission. You will have excellent administrative skills combined with working knowledge of document design software. Any previous experience gained within an Estimating role would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
