The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons to whole classes
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support students with their learning
Ensure a safe and productive classroom environment
Report back to teaching staff after lessons

Requirements:

Strong communication and confidence working with young people
Experience working with children or teenagers 
Ability to manage behaviour positively
Reliable, adaptable and professional attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
