Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for someone to join the Customer Relation team in Newton Abbot to give an excellent service to existing clients.
It will involve telephone, email and live chat.
It will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
It is easily accessible by public transport or has on-site parking.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor, will involve:
- Taking telephone calls and answering emails, covering all enquiries and complaints providing resolutions to issues.
- Providing basic technical Internet based advice via the telephone and emails.
- Logging accurately data required on customer contacts.
- To escalate complaints as required.
- Provide excellent Customer service at all times.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge.
All training will be given.
Pay rate - up to £8.70 per hour.
Location - Newton Abbot.
