About the Role:

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic graduate to work closely with teachers and the SEN department, supporting students with additional learning needs both in and out of the classroom. You'll help create an inclusive and nurturing environment that encourages all students to thrive.

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support to students with SEND or learning barriers

Assist teachers in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons

Help monitor student progress and contribute to review meetings

Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment

Encourage students' social and emotional development

What We're Looking For:

A degree in any subject (2:2 or above)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine interest in working with young people

Patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude

Previous experience in a school or with young people is desirable but not essential
