Account Manager - Hosted Voice - UC - Voice - SIP - Data. Expanding telecons service provider that is in the process of moving its technology stack into the cloud AWS is looking for an experienced telecoms account manager. The role is to deal with my clients existing direct enterprise account to enable them to make the upgrade and transition to the new cloud based hosted voice system that is all designed, build and support in house using major vendors such as Broadsoft, Cisco, Amazon etc. Targeting existing customers you will focus on upselling and the move to the upgraded cloud based systems.
It is essential that you have experience of telecoms such as hosted voice, SIP trunking, UC, VOIP, and a good knowledge of IP connectivity.
The role is home based so location is flexible.
It is essential that you have prior and recent telecoms resellers, service provider account management skills with a good understanding of the relevant products.
