CNC Miller - Up to £20p/h - Lee-on-the-Solent - Day Shift

Location: Lee-on-the-Solent
Rate: Up to £20 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift: Day Shift - Flexible start between 6:00am and 9:00am
Early Finish: Every Friday

Shorterm Group are working with a well-established and growing sub-contract precision engineering company based in Lee-on-the-Solent, who specialise in the aerospace and oil & gas sectors. Due to an increasing workload, they are looking to take on an experienced CNC Miller to join their skilled team.

About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position for a CNC Miller with strong experience in setting, operating and ideally programming CNC mills. The company produces high-precision components to tight tolerances, often in small batches or one-offs.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC milling
- Programming experience with Mazatrol preferred, but Fanuc or Heidenhain also considered
- Comfortable working to tight aerospace tolerances
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience in a subcontract or high-precision environment is highly desirable
