What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent experience in a nursery or early years environment
• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
• Confidence managing a key group and contributing to room organisation

What You’ll Do

• Deliver planned activities in line with EYFS across your assigned room
• Build consistent routines that support children’s development and behaviour
• Record observations and contribute to individual learning plans
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene standards
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions between rooms
• Communicate with parents on progress, routines, and day-to-day updates
