Daily Rate: £90 - £110 (Depending on Experience)

Are you an experienced classroom professional looking for flexible work in September 2025? We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to join a supportive high school in Wigan.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set work to classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You will play a key role in maintaining classroom order, managing student behaviour, and ensuring learning continues in a structured and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons to students across a range of subjects

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Support students with their learning and maintain engagement

Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and classroom events

What We're Looking For:

Previous classroom experience is essential

Confidence in managing student behaviour effectively

A proactive and professional approach to covering lessons

High levels of reliability and a strong work ethic

Flexibility to accept assignments that may be at short notice

An understanding that work is not guaranteed daily, but based on school needs
