A growing housing developer is seeking a Sales Advisor for a new development in Rugby, offering up to £38,000 with an uncapped commission scheme. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to progress to Sales Manager within 2 years.

Job Duties:

Assist customers in the purchase of properties within the new development
Provide information on available properties, pricing, and financing options
Nurture leads and follow up with potential buyers
Negotiate and close sales deals
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the development

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driving Licence
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in property sales - either new build or estate agents

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on-site at the new development in Northamptonshire. Regular working hours with occasional weekends may be required. Travel to other locations for training or meetings may also be necessary
