Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Complex Engineering Systems
Location: UK-based (with regular international travel)
Travel: Overseas travel to Europe and the USA (minimum once per month)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working with complex engineering systems, where you'll play a key part in installing, testing, and commissioning advanced systems for our customers across Europe and America.

This role offers the chance to develop your technical expertise with full product training provided. You'll be part of a business that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission complex engineering systems on customer sites.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after installation.

*

Work closely with customers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

*

Travel overseas regularly (at least once per month) to Europe and the USA.

Support system upgrades, maintenance, and service activities as required.

About You:
We are open to engineers at different stages of their career. While product-specific training will be provided, we are looking for candidates with a solid technical foundation, such as:

A degree, HNC, or HND in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related field).

*

OR equivalent hands-on experience in wiring, installing, or commissioning engineering systems.

*

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

*

Flexibility to travel internationally at short notice.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
