TEC delivers energy-efficient solutions to businesses in CT, MA, and RI including LED Lighting, HVAC systems and upgrades, and other energy systems as defined by the customers individual needs. Our goal is to help reduce energy consumption, lower costs for our customers, and deliver solutions that planet earth would endorse.

Role: The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is responsible for establishing a trusted business relationship with customers, prospects, and suspects within his/her assigned territory. The OSR will qualify, propose, and in conjunction and close new services. The OSR will be the primary point of contact for the customer before the close, and a conduit for any and all information relating to our offerings.
Qualifications: To perform the job successfully, an individual must have good technical skills (A working knowledge of how to use technology including CRM systems, Email and Microsoft Office is required), people skills, be a strong communicator, and possess problem-solving capabilities.
Total Energy Connections is a successful Connecticut ESCO specializing in all aspects of energy savings, including, implementations for Lighting, HVAC, Automation, Fuel Cells, Procurement and Solar for private and municipal facilities. We are an approved contractor for the Small Business Programs for Eversource. and are in a rapid expansion, seeking individuals that are self-motivated and interested in a career with a fast growing company in the energy market.
