- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Monitor budgets and keep financial records up to date
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and progress
- Provide expert advice on cost-effective solutions, risks, and procurement strategies

🧠 What We're Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- RICS membership or working towards chartership
- Proven experience in housing repairs or residential construction (2+ years preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
