We are the leading advertising agency for the transportation industry in North America and we are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our third-party recruiting team in order to work with our existing and new clients.
Successful candidates for this position will have excellent phone skills and feel confident in speaking to job seekers in the transportation industry across the United States. Experience in recruiting and/or trucking/transportation industry is preferred, but not necessary. Training will be provided upon hire. A great opportunity for the right candidate. You will have all the tools to succeed and create a steady 6 figure income for yourself.
- Contact interested applicants. You will be provided as many warm leads as you can handle.
- Walk applicants through the application process.
- Answer questions about the application process as drivers apply.
- Schedule drivers for an orientation date with the company.
- Receive commission once an applicant is successfully hired by the company.
You will receive starting base pay that will go against your commission. Base pay will be paid for the first 3 months to give you time to build your pipeline and get comfortable with the process. After 3 months you go to straight commission.
Commission from each placement is 40% rising to 50% after 3 months employment.

Our average cost per hire with current clients is $1,500. As low as $800 and as high as $6,000 in some cases, depending on urgency and need of the client. With all the training and tools provided, the right candidate should be able to comfortably place 3-5 drivers per week. If you are a real hustler and work hard and smart, you can do more!
