We’re recruiting a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for a leading financial services provider. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong broker relationships, driving growth and managing a high-performing regional portfolio.
The Regional Sales Manager Role- Grow and manage a portfolio of brokers within your region
- Achieve monthly sales, volume and retention targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships across the broker market
- Promote new products and deliver exceptional service
- Analyse performance data and report trends to senior management
- Attend industry events to raise profile and expand your network
About You- Strong field sales or relationship management experience (financial services and broker experience desirable)
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident analysing MI and spotting performance trends
- Highly organised with strong time and territory management skills
- Driven, proactive and comfortable working remotely
What’s on Offer- £60,000 basic salary
