Or perhaps you're already operating at Contracts Manager level but your title doesn't reflect it?

I'm working with an established passive fire protection contractor who, due to continued growth, are looking to strengthen their management team with an experienced fire protection professional.

This opportunity is open to experienced Project Managers or Contracts Managers within fire stopping / fire doors.

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple fire stopping and/or fire door projects

Overseeing site teams and subcontractors

Programme planning and coordination

Client communication and site meetings

Reviewing drawings and specifications

Ensuring works meet compliance standards and manufacturer requirements

Managing RAMS and health & safety documentation

Budget oversight and cost control

Planning labour and material deliveries

What we're looking for 

A minimum of 2 years' experience within fire stopping or fire doors 

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple sites

Confident client-facing communication

Commercial awareness and programme management experience

Full UK driving licence

Up to £55,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
