As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including a number of substantial limited companies. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the continued growth of the firm. You will also contribute to the development and mentoring of a medium-sized team, helping to drive performance, technical excellence, and career progression across the department. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of five years’ experience within accountancy practice. You will be commercially aware, client-focused, and motivated to build your career within a forward-thinking and ambitious firm. Key responsibilities include:
