We're Hiring: Credit Controller Manager
Location: Burton upon Trent

Are you a cashflow champion with a talent for building strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a proactive, people-first Credit Controller Manager to take the reins and drive our collections strategy forward.

What you'll be doing:                                                                                                

Leading and inspiring our small credit control team
Maximising cash collection with a hands-on, strategic approach
Building solid relationships with clients to keep the cash moving
Spotting risks before they become issues - and tackling them head-on
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
What we're after:

A strong credit controller with leadership skills
Brilliant communicator and problem solver
Commercially sharp and data-driven
Someone who gets things done and brings people with them
