We are recruiting for a Building Services Engineer with a mechanical bias to work on a static commercial maintenance contract in the Vauxhall area of London. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC and building services systems within a large commercial highly secure site.

Requirements

Full mechanical qualifications (City and Guilds/NVQ/HND/HNC)

*

Commercial building services or HVAC background and experience of the listed plant

*

Full UK driving licence (company van provided)

*

Able to pass security checks (10-year UK footprint and clean criminal record required)
