We are seeking a talented individual to join our client’s dynamic team as a First Line Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first/second line technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
- Support users with Office 365 applications and services.
- Document support processes and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Proactively identify recurring problems and suggest long-term solutions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Windows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
