  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
  • Proven leadership experience within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Your Responsibilities:

As the Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead a specific age group room and ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Plan, deliver, and oversee engaging, age-appropriate activities that support holistic development.
  • Guide and mentor your team, providing coaching and support to uphold the highest childcare standards.
  • Build trusting relationships with families, encouraging collaboration in each child’s learning journey.
  • Maintain rigorous safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards
