This small private equity firm is looking for a dynamic and professional PA to four senior execs. This is a key role for a highly organised PA who will be in charge of complex and changing diaries and coordinator of all internal and external meetings as well as all travel arrangements for your team. You will work alongside four Principals coordinating their busy lives. Your role will include supporting the Principal of the firm on a diary basis only so you will need to be experienced and with a proven track record of providing diary support in a team/PA capacity.
This is a meaty role for a team assistant who enjoys managing their own workload and their own projects. The ideal candidate will have proven admin/PA experience who enjoys a varied, exciting role with no two days the same. You will never be bored here as alongside coordinating complex diaries you will have the opportunity over time to take on other responsibilities and ad hoc projects.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being part of a small team, happy to muck in and likes to coordinate their own role without being micro managed. You should be highly organised, happy to work on your own but equally happy to be a team player. Excellent diary (Office 365) and IT skills are essential and the ability to use your initiative and have flexibility in your work ethic (this is not for a 9-5 clock watcher). A very warm and friendly team who will value your input. To start immediately.
Due to a huge volume in CV's received for every role we advertise and the fact that we are a very boutique firm we are only able to come back to candidates who we believe on paper have the relevant skills as per our clients brief. In this case this is a role that requires PA/Team Assistant/Office experience and minimum 18 months per role. We are incredibly grateful for all the CV's we receive but sadly cannot talk to everyone so please email a CV and if we feel you have the right skills for this role or any roles we are currently working on we will be sure to get in touch with you. Please be sure to include your current salary and notice period on the email. Thank you.
