The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Reading. This role is ideal for graduates considering teaching, experienced support staff, or anyone with strong classroom management skills.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher
Maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure pupils remain on task and complete set work
