Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools - Newham - September Start

We are looking for enthusiastic Maths graduates to join our partner secondary schools in Newham as Graduate Teaching Assistants starting this September.

The Role:

Assisting in the delivery of engaging and effective Maths lessons

Providing targeted support to students struggling with mathematical concepts

Leading small group revision and intervention sessions

Supporting pupils preparing for GCSEs

Gaining essential experience ahead of a PGCE or teacher training programme

Ideal Candidate:

A degree in Mathematics or a related subject

Strong subject knowledge and confidence in supporting students aged 11-16

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A genuine passion for education and student progress

Location: Secondary schools across Newham
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, term time only
