Promoting a child-centred, trauma-informed approach throughout the service

Supporting behaviour management, safeguarding, and care planning

Monitoring care standards and contributing to audits and quality checks

Building strong relationships with young people, staff, and partner agencies

Career progression: Ideal for both experienced Deputies and those ready to step up

Supportive culture: Work with a team who share your values and commitment

About You:

Experience in residential childcare, ideally within EBD or similar settings

Confident leading teams and managing challenging situations

Emotionally resilient, empathetic, and committed to therapeutic practice

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential); Level 5 or working towards it (desirable)

Willing to work on a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

Why Join?
