Are you a Support Team Manager who is looking to join a fantastic team in the Brighton area to lead and manage the client support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative and customer service support to financial advisers and their clients. This role is crucial in maintaining our compliance with regulatory requirements and business standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
  • Lead and manage the client support team at your location.
  • Work closely with Client Support Team Leader(s) and Senior Team Leader(s) to enhance team knowledge and personal development.
  • Conduct regular meetings to monitor and prioritise workloads, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers and team leaders to understand and meet business needs.
  • Manage and delegate workload effectively within the team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide developmental guidance.
  • Manage staff issues swiftly and appropriately, involving other managers when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements within the team.
  • Oversee the use of back-office systems and ensure accurate client record-keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office or similar systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, TCF, and compliance principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to onboard, train, and integrate new team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing internal projects and delegating tasks.
