An innovative fintech business based in West London is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team on a temporary basis.Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, the business supports global financial transactions across multiple currencies—including FX and crypto. Office based 4 days a week. Start date: ASAPHourly rate: £16-20ph Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices accurately using Sun accounting software, across GBP, FX, and crypto currencies.
• Support Accounts Receivable by managing incoming payments and resolving billing queries.
• Prepare, schedule, and execute payments to vendors, including digital asset transactions.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers by managing enquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Carry out regular reconciliations of bank accounts and ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance AP/AR efficiency.

Key Skills 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
• Ability to work high volume and fast paced environments 
• Previous experience in fintech, FX, crypto, or financial services preferred.
• Proficient in Sun accounting software and Microsoft Excel (desirable).
• High attention to detail and accuracy with large transaction volumes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
