About the Role:

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Harrow (HA2) is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team from January 2026. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to support pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and make strong progress within a mainstream setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or Speech & Language needs).
• Implement EHCP targets and differentiated learning activities.
• Assist with classroom routines, behaviour regulation strategies and emotional support.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, support staff and external professionals.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school or childcare setting.
• A calm, patient and proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A current DBS on the Update Service (essential).
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
