The Opportunity
We're looking for two experienced Litigation Solicitors to join our expanding team—ideally one based in our Taunton/Wellington office and another covering Minehead, Bridgwater, and Williton. If you're a confident, commercially aware solicitor ready to handle a diverse caseload and represent clients through all stages of litigation, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Manage a varied and interesting litigation caseload
Draft legal documents including pleadings and witness statements
Represent clients at court, mediations, and settlement meetings
Deliver strategic, clear, and practical legal advice
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team's growth
Stay current with legal developments in litigation and dispute resolution
What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
5+ years PQE with solid litigation experience
Strong technical knowledge of CPR and litigation processes
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
A proactive, client-focused approach with commercial awareness
Desirable Skills:

Experience in commercial litigation and property disputes
Familiarity with ADR methods
Involvement in business development
