Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Tax Director in Swindon to manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and family offices. The role combines strategic personal tax advisory, compliance oversight, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), trusts, residence, and domicile planning
• Support family offices and landed estates with long-term wealth and succession planning
• Lead, mentor, and review junior and senior tax staff
• Identify business development opportunities within existing and prospective clients
• Provide strategic guidance on complex personal and international tax issues

About You

• Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with extensive personal tax experience
• Proven track record with high net worth clients and family offices
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK personal and international tax legislation
• Commercially minded and capable of managing your own portfolio
