PageGroup are delighted to be supporting a leading logistics business based in Kettering with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a fast-paced and busy site.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office-based.

Description

The role of HR Manager is a busy, fast-paced and generalist role, supporting a wide range of operational stakeholders and overseeing a small HR function.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Provide high quality HR advise and support to a wide range of operational stakeholders
Take responsibility for high volume employee relations casework including complex scenarios in a unionised environment
Assist with the training and development of Managers
Advise and guide stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
Support with recruitment
Annual pay reviews
Take responsibility for any HR projects and initiatives
Contribute towards process improvements
Lead engagement activities on-siteProfile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role within a similar sector.
