Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're recruiting for a highly skilled engineer to join a leading, high-volume production business based in Bilston.

The Role
Working as part of a strong and supportive maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring production machinery is maintained to the highest standards. This is a multi-skilled role covering both mechanical and electrical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across a wide range of machinery

*

Ensuring maximum machine uptime in a high-volume production environment

*

Welding and fabricating as required

*

Completing accurate maintenance records and data feedback

*

Supporting installation and project work when needed

*

Maintaining the highest levels of Health & Safety and compliance

*

Working flexibly to support business needs, including overtime and shift cover

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience maintaining machinery in a fast-paced production environment

*

Mechanical or multi-skilled engineering background (apprenticeship, City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent work experience)

*

Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics (essential)

*

Welding and fabrication skills

*

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

*

Strong decision-making and communication skills
